After more than 40 years in the construction industry, I lead a professional team that provides knowledgeable and experienced assistance to public agencies and private developers when planning YOUR next project. My history working within both the public and private sectors gives me unique perspective from “both sides of the table” knowing their respective goals and expectations. I have worked with small and large private companies as well as serving 8 years as an administrator for a large K-12 school district in southern California.

Owner Representation
Once we understand your vision, we provide oversight of the design process and manage the construction phase to a safe and successful completion.
Facility and Property Assessment
We survey and determine the needs of existing facilities, as well as provide analysis of the attributes of property you may own or are interested in acquiring. Our team is well-versed with entitlement and permitting processes with state, county, city and other agencies having jurisdiction.
Claims Management / Expert Witness
Our team of experts possess years of experience in the construction industry allowing us to support owners and/or their legal counsel to defend against unfair or false claims from third parties related to the construction process.
